By reading this agreement, and purchasing on our website, you acknowledge that you understand the agreements, and are bound by the terms of service. This applies to all visitors to the website who wish to access our service.

If there may be any concerns that are in conflict with our agreement, our service may not be provided and you are more than welcome to reach out to us through email, phone call. 

• Restriction on Use of Materials.

The services provided are owned, and operated by C&C. Without otherwise permitted by following terms, no material from services owned, operated, licensed or controlled by C&C shall be modified, reproduced, republished, transmitted or distributed in any way.

• Accounts / Personal Data

When accessing our services, your personal information including, but not limited to emails, identity, phone number, and shipping information will be released to C&C, related staffs, its subsidiaries and affiliates for operation purposes. The personal data will be kept confidential and you are responsible for the accuracy of mentioned information.

• Use of Services

The impersonation of C&C staff, employee, representative, or another user is strictly prohibited. You may not distribute, publish or upload any content which may be defamatory, obscene, threatening or cause another individual harm.  Acts which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any other party can possibly be countered by legal consequences.

You are not permitted to use our services, platform and name for promotions of any other businesses not operated or owned by C&C,.

The websites are not targeted towards children under the age of 13, and we do not associate ourselves in any sort of outreach to underage audiences.

• Intellectual Properties

All content included on the Services, such as text, graphics, code, logos, button icons, images, audio and visual clips, widgets and software, and the compilation of such content (i.e. collection, arrangement and assembly) is the exclusive property of C&C or its suppliers and is protected by U.S. and other copyright laws and international treaties. The content and software on the Services may be used only as a shopping resource.

• Returns / Warranty

All sales are final, no sales will be refunded unless otherwise permitted and confirmed by C&C affiliates. Illegal acts of bank chargebacks, and any other form of gaining your funds back without permission can be subject to U.S. laws.
