2022 Panini Prizm World Cup Checklist Overview
The base set has a total of 300 cards. All 32 of the qualifying countries are featured on the checklist. That doesn’t leave room for a deep dive into each roster but there’s certainly enough space for the tournament’s stars and young players.

Autographs and Other Inserts
The 2014 and 2018 Prizm World Cup sets both featured autographs. However, they were not guaranteed in every box. This time around, they are. Most fall under the Signatures banner and have several parallels including Silver Prizms (/199 or less), Gold Prizms (/10 or less) and Black Prizms (1/1).
Dual Signatures are also available with ink from two players.
The list of signers is a mix of current players and retired stars. This is one of the first sets from Panini to include Kylian Mbappe autographs. He signed an exclusive deal with Panini in August. Lionel Messi, João Félix and Neymar Jr. are some of the other autographs available in 2022 Panini Prizm World Cup.
Inserts and their parallels combine to land approximately one per hobby pack.
Among them is National Landmarks, a set that includes illustrations of famous sights from the player’s home country. The short print chase cards are a lot like Panini’s popular Downtown set. However, with this being a national set, there’s a slight tweak to the name.
Other rare insert sets include National Pride, the first crop of Manga for soccer and Color Wheel.
Not all insert sets on the 2022 Panini Prizm World Cup checklist are exceptionally tough. There are a handful of others that bring different designs and specific themes.
New Era has 40 young players slated to appear in the tournament. These have Silver Prizms, Orange Prizms (/25), Gold Prizms (/10), Green Prizms (/5) and Black Prizms (1/1) as well.
Other insert sets include Connections, Global Reach, Phenomenon, Scorers Club, and Team Badges.
